Mr. Pratt is a warm and engaging speaker who never seems to have enough time to cover the vast amounts of material he has to share. He studied with Dr. Cleon Skousen for many years and worked for the National Center for Constitutional Studies. His experience in presenting this information would be hard to match. His in-depth knowledge and his delightful personality place him among the great lecturers in the country. You won’t want to miss this opportunity.

Institute On The Constitution Classes

IOTC classes are open to anyone interested in learning more about the U.S. Constitution and the government that is founded upon it. Each class listing remains on this page until the final session has ended. Visitors are welcome at any session of any class at any time. You do not have to start with the first session to benefit from these informative and enlightening series of presentations.
